Our Story
Founded by Seema Sunil, The Happiness Quotient emerged from over two decades of experience in Training, Quality Control, and Customer Service across India and the UAE. Seema’s journey through dynamic organizations and collaboration with talented professionals shaped her vision to create a platform that empowers individuals and organizations to achieve excellence through conscious learning.
Her passion for people development and her keen understanding of workplace dynamics led her to recognize a universal need—happiness as a driver of performance. The Happiness Quotient is built on the belief that when people feel seen, heard, and supported, they don’t just do their jobs—they flourish.
Today, the platform offers personalized interventions, data-driven insights, and transformative training and coaching experiences designed to ignite purpose, unlock potential, and embed happiness at the heart of every organization.

With over two decades of diverse experience across Training, Quality, Relationship Management, Branch Operations, Call Centre Management, and Enterprise Operations, I bring a rich understanding of business dynamics and customer engagement. My career spans the Telecommunications, Banking, and Project Management sectors—enabling me to deliver highly relevant, practical, and impactful training solutions.
I am the Founder of The Happiness Quotient, an organization that designs and delivers consultative training programs focused on Customer Centricity, Leadership, and Team Management. At The HQ, we help organizations elevate their Customer Experience (CX) by developing happier, more empowered teams.
Academically, I hold a Postgraduate degree in Business Administration with a specialization in General Management. My credentials include a Six Sigma Black Belt, and certifications in Leadership Principles and Organizational Leadership from Harvard Business School Online. As a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coaching Federation (ICF), I blend coaching with training to deliver deeper transformation.
